At Thrive Thai Wellness, one-on-one yoga sessions are designed to meet your unique needs, whether you’re seeking a practice for stress reduction, deep relaxation, improved flexibility, or deepening your spiritual practice. Mentorship will include a custom sequence, meditation practices, self-inquiry themes, and an opportunity to ask questions for deeper learning & understanding. Common practices:


  • Yin Yoga: Learn and understand the deeper exploration of Yin yoga. A style of practice that focuses more on connective tissues, helping to release tension, improve flexibility, and foster mindfulness. A gateway to slowing down and creating harmony for the body and mind.
  • Restorative Yoga: Immerse yourself in conscious rest & deep relaxation. This gentle practice uses props and prolonged poses to shift into the body's parasympathetic nervous system, release stress, and restore your inner calm. A meditative practice ideal for anyone experiencing chronic fatigue, sleeplessness, or physical strain.
  • Flow Yoga: Energize your body and mind with a dynamic sequence of movements synchronized with your breath. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, an invigorating practice not only builds strength, but flexibility & focus.


Individualized guidance, customized sequences, and movement assessment will ensure you create the confidence to practice solo, consistently, and develop a personal practice.
